When experience really matters
Tania-Jayne McCowliff
Following on from a lifelong interest in understanding behaviour, gaining an honours degree in Psychology and having a passion about child development and family life; I have worked with families for fifteen of the past twenty years as a Home School Community Link worker, and for some of that time as a senior, providing supervision to other workers in the north and west of Oxfordshire. My work with families frequently involves coordinating and running parenting programmes like those listed below. I am also able to train facilitators in Take 3 and Strengthening Families 10-14 and have been part of the development of other programmes related to this.
Often working one-to-one within my roles, and freelance, I have a special interest in Autism in children and young people and am a trustee of the Oxfordshire Parenting Forum and member of their Quality Task Group.
